1. Account eligibility

You must provide accurate information and use an account you are authorised to control. Do not share access to an administrator or member account.

Individual programmes may state additional age, guardian, institutional, travel, accommodation, payment or legal-capacity requirements where they are genuinely needed. If you are not legally able to make a required commitment yourself, we may ask for a parent, guardian or institution to participate in that specific process.

2. What Sunday Entrepreneur provides

Sunday Entrepreneur provides community features, events, founder formats, programmes, applications, tools and related experiences. Features may change as the product develops.

Participation does not guarantee funding, investment, customers, admission, business success, introductions or any particular commercial outcome.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Sunday Entrepreneur a limited licence to host, display, process and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the feature you chose, such as showing a community post or reviewing an application.

You must have the right to upload or share any content you submit and must not expose another person’s confidential or personal information without authority.

4. Conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass people, impersonate others, scrape member data, send spam, bypass access controls, upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, misuse private information or use the service for unlawful activity.

5. Events, applications and payments

Individual events or programmes may have additional eligibility, selection, payment, refund, attendance or conduct terms shown at the point of registration. Those specific terms apply alongside these Terms.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Where payment is required, your place is confirmed only according to the specific programme’s stated process.

6. Safety and confidentiality

Some founder formats rely on trust and may describe themselves as private or confidential. Participants are expected to respect those rules, but Sunday Entrepreneur cannot guarantee that another participant will never repeat information. Do not disclose information you cannot safely share.

7. Suspension and removal

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect members, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law or secure the service. We will aim to use proportionate action based on the circumstances.

8. Service availability

The product is provided on an evolving basis. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be error-free.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled. Optional marketing consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
